Terms & Conditions
General
These terms and conditions shall form a binding contract between Gratech, (the seller) and the purchaser. There shall be no variation to these terms and conditions unless agreed in writing by both parties.
Prices
All prices on this website are exclusive of VAT unless shown otherwise. VAT, at the appropriate rate, will be added to the invoice at the time of preparation. Every care has been taken to ensure that prices on the website are correct, we do however reserve the right to alter any price without notice in the event of error or price increase. When this happens you will be contacted by a member of our sales team before your order is processed to give you the option to cancel if you require.
Description
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the product description and the accompanying image. Certain pictures are generic and indicative only. If you have any query regarding the suitability of a part please telephone our sales team.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated all goods sold are warranted against defective materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of invoice. All warranty claims will be referred back to the manufacturer for assessment. You may have to wait while they carry out their investigation. In the event of a warranty claim the purchaser must return the goods to Gratech, securely packaged to avoid any further damage. We cannot be responsible if the goods go astray, or are damaged during transit. Please note that the warranty covers the goods only, labour or consequential loss or damage is not covered.
Delivery
Orders are always dispatched as soon as practicable. Where an item is not in stock you will be contacted by a member of the sales team to inform you of the delay. You will be given the option to await delivery or to cancel your order. No money is taken from your credit/debit card until the item is available for immediate delivery.
In all cases delivery is made by an outside contractor. Whilst we can give estimated delivery dates, the actual delivery is outside of our control. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused by late deliveries.
Returns
Items that are not subject to a warranty claim may be returned provided that they are unused and in their original packaging for a period up to 30 days from receipt. Original carriage charges and the cost of returning the items will not be refunded. Where an item is a non stocked item and has been ordered especially a restocking charge may be applied.
